How do I make my computer detect my calculator?

When updating or restoring your calculator, Google Chrome must be used to detect your calculator. The detection is done when a pop-up window appears at the top left of your browser.

During an update or Python script upload

If you run into detection problems during an update:

  1. If you are using Windows, it is possible that there was a problem during the installation of the driver. You have the choice to fix it. To do this, simply download the driver again and then double-click on the downloaded file. Windows will then ask you if you want to install or repair the program. Choose Repair and restart your computer.
  2. There may be a problem with the cable connection. In this case, try unplugging your device and plugging it in again. You can also try another USB port on your computer.
  3. Your browser may not be up to date. If this is the case, update your browser and try again.
